How licences, renewals and payments work.
One licence lets one member of staff take every course for your billing year. Managers who only manage don't need one; a manager who also takes courses uses one.
The band depends on how many licences you buy, and its price applies to all of them. For example, 30 staff pay £11.99 each, £359.70 a year in total. The minimum is 5 licences.
Yes. Your managers can request more licences at any time. You pay only for the months left until your renewal date, counting any part month as a full month, so everyone renews on the same day.
Their training records and certificates are kept. Their licence stays in use until your renewal: a licence can't be passed to someone else part-way through the year.
Staff who are still active carry over into the new year, and any licences you didn't use roll over too.
We invoice you for the year, and for any extra licences when you add them.
No. Nothing renews automatically. We'll email you a month before your access ends with a link to renew if you want to. After it ends you can still sign in and download your certificates.
If you bought for yourself and change your mind, ask within 14 days of buying for a full refund, as long as you haven't started a course.
