What happens if staff encounter technical issues while using the platform?
We have designed our platform to be very easy to use and provide a help section on the platform that helps troubleshoots any problems they may have so technical issues are very rare. If staff do encounter any problems, there is a ticketing system on our platform where they can get in touch with technical support directly.
Can I use your platform on mobile devices?
Yes, our platform is mobile-friendly and works seamlessly on most modern smartphones and tablets.
What security measures are in place to protect user data?
We prioritise the security and confidentiality of all user data. Our platform is secured with industry-standard SSL encryption and is fully compliant with data protection regulations, including the UK GDPR.

We offer free demo access to all our courses for care providers so you can evaluate the content and format before making a purchase. Simply contact our sales team to request a demo. Free demos are not available for sole learners.

You can purchase full access to the platform for your entire team directly through our contact form. This gets your staff access unlimited access to all the training courses on our platform. If you need assistance with large-scale purchases or have specific requirements for your care organisation, please reach out to our sales team for personalised support.
Are your courses accredited?
Yes, all of our courses are CPD-accredited. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate that can be used for compliance and training records.

How long do the courses take to complete?
The duration of each course varies depending on the content and complexity. On average, most courses take just under an hour to complete. Each course is self-paced, so you can complete them at your convenience.
Are there assessments included in the courses?
Yes, all of our courses include assessments/quizzes to help reinforce learning and ensure that staff members have a solid understanding of the material. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate.
Can I purchase individual courses, or do I need to buy a bundle?
We offer a one-time fee per user, which grants full access to all of our courses. This means your team can complete any of our courses without the need to purchase individual courses or bundles. Pay once per user for unlimited access to our entire course library.
What countries are the courses designed for?
Our courses have been designed for the UK care sector, in particular England and Scotland. All course materials have been designed with the Care Inspectorate (CI) and Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards in mind.
Can I access the courses after completing them?
Yes, once a course is completed, you can access the course materials and certificates at any time. Your progress and certificate are saved in your account for future reference.
Are the courses available in different languages?
