From our own staff to care teams everywhere
Where we started
My Care Training was founded by a care at home company that wanted the best possible training for its own staff.
We quickly found that thorough, engaging and affordable online training was hard to come by. So we wrote our own courses: designed by care professionals, for care professionals.
Raising the standard
What started as an answer for our own team soon grew. Most courses we had seen were too generic, lacked depth or didn't hold people's attention, and none of that prepares a carer for a real shift.
So we set out to raise the standard, with training that is practical, relevant and built to support the people who deliver care every day.
